This Group encourages and coordinates the setting up of different National Committees and will serve as the link between these national initiatives and the Steering Committee.

Associate at White & Case, London (U.K.)
Clare is an Associate at White & Case LLP in the London International Arbitration and Construction & Engineering Groups. She advises international companies, contractors, owners and operators on dispute resolution, construction and infrastructure arbitrations, including transportation. Clare is admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales and has advised clients in arbitrations under ICC, LCIA and CRCICA rules as well as 'ad hoc', including under UNCITRAL rules. She obtained her LLB in English and French law from King's College London, a maitrise in private law from Université de Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne) and a post-graduate diploma in International Commercial Comparative Arbitration at the School of International Arbitration. Clare joined White & Case LLP in 2008 from another leading law firm and has spent time on secondment as counsel to the LCIA.
Associate at Studio Legale Esposito, Napoli (Italy)
Paolo is an associate at the London branch of Studio Legale Esposito. He is an Italian qualified lawyer and an English solicitor. He specialises in the resolution of commercial and investment disputes through arbitration, and has acted both as counsel and as mediator or arbitrator. He holds a Master degree in Law of the University of Naples (2002) and obtained an LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution at the School of International Arbitration in 2007. Paolo is a listed Tutor and Examiner at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and actively engaged in publications on specialized arbitration journals. He is a member of the YIAG LCIA, the ICDR's Y&IA (AAA), and a Fellow of the CIArb.
